2- Organizing young businessmen according to the sectors and categories of their work, transferring the experiences of businessmen to them, and exchanging experiences and practical and knowledge among them.
3- Working on the active participation of young businessmen in the activities and events of the private sector and supporting it in solving the problems it faces and participating in achieving partnership with the government within the activities of the General Union. He urged young businessmen to join the Federation and the Chambers of Commerce and Industry and take their membership.
4- The Young Businessmen Committee coordinates its work and activities with the leadership of the union and the general management of the union and with the Follow-up and Coordination Department of the specialized committees in accordance with the working methods followed in the specialized committees.
5- The organizational bases for committee membership are determined as follows:
Committee membership is open to all of the young businessmen who are under the age of forty. Whether those who have their own commercial records, or joint companies with their relatives, or take leadership positions in private companies from a management director and above..

7- Work on training, qualifying and developing the capabilities of young businessmen, helping them increase their practical, scientific and cultural competencies and developing their leadership, administrative, technical and specialized capabilities in various fields, in order to enhance the creation of a new young generation of qualified and educated private sector personnel And experienced and able to meet the requirements of the future, given that preparing for their future tasks is an essential task for the committee.
8- The committee works to assist in the establishment of divisions for young businessmen in the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the governorates in coordination with the Board of Directors of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the governorates and upon their request. The relationship with these people is regulated according to what those councils, the president of the union and the general administration of the union determine.
9- Supporting young businessmen to overcome the difficulties they face in their work in their private institutions, to develop their practical performance, raise their efficiency, and arm them with sufficient experience and leadership skills for commercial and industrial businesses and other various private sector activities.
10- Providing information to young businessmen. Introducing young businessmen to the laws, legislation and regulations, especially those related to the work of the private sector, as well as introducing them to the official transactions related to the work of the private sector. And raising their media activity by setting up a website for them, establishing a specialized economic newspaper, and other activities.
11- The committee shall be an organized gathering of young Yemeni businessmen, which, in addition to its other tasks, organizes workshops and seminars on issues of interest to them and the private sector as a whole, and carries out cultural, sports and social activities. The committee also encourages young businessmen to attend and organize international and local conferences on the aspects of young businessmen entrepreneurs.
12 - Work to develop the business of young businessmen to become senior businessmen. By assisting them in providing the requirements for the formation of their institutions and companies and ensuring their continuity and success. 13- Providing services to committee members and other young businessmen, such as: feasibility studies, technical advice, practical advice, basic and advisory services for young businessmen to run their businesses and set up their projects, and work to provide funding for new projects. 14- The Young Businessmen Committee works to support the segment of young businesswomen in all fields, businesses and activities included in the tasks of the Committee, in coordination with the Businesswomen’s Committee and the craft sectors of the Federation. And in coordination with the leadership of the Union and the General Administration of the Union and with the Department of Follow-up and Coordination of the Specialized Committees. 15- Establishing relations with similar foreign organizations and achieving partnership with them, especially the bodies of the League of Arab States for young businessmen. 16- Working to contact local, Arab and international organizations and agencies and their various institutions to obtain the technical and material support required for young businessmen. 17- The committee organizes the efforts and contributions of young businessmen in social, charitable and national public activities, in coordination with the General Union and its leadership, and in accordance with its policies.
