1 - The tasks and competencies of the Young Businessmen Division are determined in the general affairs and issues of young businessmen that pertain to businessmen, and in the affairs and issues of young businessmen in their category.

2 - Organizing young businessmen according to the sectors and categories of their work, transferring the experiences of businessmen to them and exchanging experiences and expertise among them.

3- Work on the effective contribution of young businessmen to the activities and events of the private sector, chambers of commerce and industry and its general union. He urged them to join the Federation and the Chambers of Commerce and Industry and to take their membership.

4 - Organizationally, the Young Businessmen Division is affiliated with the Trade Committee of the Federation, which supervises and follows up on the development of its plans and the progress of implementing its tasks through periodic reports, in coordination with the leadership of the Federation and the General Administration of the Federation and the rest of the specialized committees.

5 - The organizational bases of the Division’s work are determined as follows:

- Membership of the Division is open to all of the young businessmen who are under the age of forty.

- An administrative body of the division shall be elected from five persons by acclamation or by public election as decided by the meeting, and the election process shall be repeated every three years.

- Two members of the division's administrative board (at least) are members of the trade committee of the federation, and they act as the link between the division and the supervising committee.

The Division holds its meetings according to what its work requires and what its tasks, terms of reference and implementation require, provided that it meets once every three months as a minimum.

6- Helping young businessmen to increase their practical, scientific and cultural competencies and develop their leadership, administrative, technical and specialized capabilities in various fields in a way that enhances the creation of a new young generation of qualified, educated, experienced and able to meet the requirements of the future, given the Preparing for their future assignments is a fundamental task of the Division.

7 - The division’s administrative board follows up on the division’s tasks and work in coordination with the trade committee, the board of directors, the president of the union, the general administration of the union and the rest of the committees to enhance the effectiveness of the division’s activity. And it performs any tasks or works assigned to it by the leadership of the General Union.

8- A division for young businessmen is established in the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the governorates in coordination with the boards of directors of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the governorates, and the relationship with them is organized according to what is determined by those councils, the President of the Federation and the General Administration of the Federation.

9 - Supporting young businessmen to overcome the difficulties they face, to develop their practical performance, raise their efficiency and arm them with sufficient experience for commercial and industrial businesses and other various private sector activities. And introducing them to laws, legislation, regulations and official transactions. Attending and organizing international and local conferences concerned with entrepreneurs

10 - Working on the formation of an organized gathering of young Yemeni businessmen, to carry out training and rehabilitation courses, workshops and seminars on issues of interest to them, as well as cultural, sports and social activities.

11 - Working to form an organized gathering of young Yemeni businessmen working to develop their businesses to become top businessmen. By assisting them in providing the requirements for the formation of their institutions and companies and ensuring their continuity and success. Including the establishment of joint commercial and industrial projects among them.

12 - Providing technical advice, practical advice and basic services for young businessmen to run their businesses and establish their projects, and work to provide financing for new projects. And work on developing an economic and legal environment to protect and develop a segment of young businessmen. and solve the problems you encounter.

13 - Working to contact local, Arab and international organizations and agencies and their various institutions to obtain the technical and material support required for young businessmen. And contacting educational, training, local and foreign institutions to get to know entrepreneurs in other countries and benefit from their various experiences to develop a segment of young Yemeni businessmen.
